ATTENTION U.S. AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP VOLUNTEERS

Can you believe the Tournament is a month away?  Thank you so much for volunteering!  We could not do this without you.  The orientation/training sessions have been scheduled (see below).  All sessions will begin at 4:00 PM in the St. Andrews Room at the Resort Club.

Please advise your committee chair immediately should you have a conflict and/or are unable to attend your orientation/training session.

Tuesday, August 5: 
Hospitality, Disability Services, Admissions/Will Call, Information Services

Thursday, August 7: 
Supply, Player Registration, Volunteer Services/Hospitality, Apparel

Friday, August 8: 
Player Shuttles, Practice Range,

Tuesday, August 12: 
Marshals

Thursday, August 14: 
Evacuation, Hotel Transportation

Friday, August 15:
Public Scoreboards, Scorecard Control, Walking Scorers, Standard Bearers

Please note that volunteers are encouraged to wear khaki slacks or shorts for men or khaki shorts, skorts, skirts or trousers for women with their uniforms on the days they are working.  Those who wish may purchase new khaki shorts for $27 at uniform pick-up, August 11 (cash or check made out to Pinehurst LLC please).  Uniform pickup is at the Warehouse on Route 5 in Aberdeen (4.1 miles from the Route 2/Route 5 intersection or 1.5 miles from the intersection of Route 5 and  U.S. 1). There will be adequate signage to direct you.
