Championship Information

ENTRY PROCESS
All entries, including returned invitations, must be received by the entry deadline of 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, July 10, 2009.  For those applying for entry into the Championship, the appropriate application must be completely executed and submitted by mail prior to the deadline.  Submitted applications must be accompanied by entry fee.

CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION
Contestants invited to participate must register on Monday, August 17, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Championship Registration Desk in the St. Andrews Room of the Resort Club.  All contestants must register in person. 

PRACTICE ROUNDS AND RANGE USAGE
The official practice round will be on Monday, August 17.  For practice round starting times, please contact the Pinehurst Starting Tower at 1.800.795.4653 (choose option 6) on or after Wednesday, August 12, after 10:00 AM.  Indicate you are a North & South contestant.  Practice rounds are for contestants only.

CONTESTANT DINNER
There will be a North & South contestant dinner on Monday, August 17, in the Pinehurst Member's Club beginning at 6:30 PM.  Gentlemen are required to wear coats; ladies are required to wear appropriate dress attire.  Guest tickets may be purchased at the Championship Registration Desk for $35.00 on Monday, August 17.  Please do not send money for guest tickets in advance.

CLUB STORAGE
Please attach the North & South bag tag to your bag for identification purposes.  Club storage is complimentary.
