The Pinehurst Meeting Package provides the basics for most any corporate meeting, but we can easily customize a package to provide your group with the ideal Pinehurst experience.
The Pinehurst Meeting Package includes:
- Resortwide accommodations (includes all hotels and condominiums)
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily within resort dining outlets
- Daily AM and PM refreshment breaks
- General session meeting room
This package is priced from $129 to $326 per person per night based on double occupancy for Sunday-Thursday stays.*

*Rates vary based on seasonal demand. Applicable for groups of 10 or more rooms per night for two (2) nights. Weekend and single occupancy package rates are also available. Package rates are subject to availability, plus taxes and a 10% resort service fee. The resort service fee includes use of the Fitness Center, internet service in guest rooms, on-site transportation, valet and self parking, beach club, outdoor pools, bicycles, afternoon tea in the Carolina, practice putting greens and driving range. The resort service fee also includes gratuities for staff in the dining venues covered by the meal portion of your package, as well as the bellstaff. For non-package meals and beverages in any of our dining outlets, an 18% service charge is added to your account.
