ENTRY APPLICATIONS

Entry into the Championship is granted through application only.  All entrants must formally apply.  The Championship committee will determine the field after the close of entries based upon playing credentials.

ENTRIES ARE CLOSED

CHAMPIONSHIP FIELD (applications accepted)

• 11 and Under Division
• 12 to 14 Division
• 15 to 17 Division
• Father-Son Competition Applicants (the Father-Son field will be posted by Friday, November 27, 2009)

CHAMPIONSHIP VENUES

Championship play will be on the Donald Ross-designed Pinehurst No. 1, famed Pinehurst No. 2, and the Tom Fazio-designed Pinehurst No. 4.  The Father/Son Event will be also held on Pinehurst No. 4, site of stroke play for the 2008 U.S. Amateur Championship.
