Massage Therapy
Each massage includes your choice of Pinehurst's own branded Spa line of aromatherapy massage oil of Lavender, Pine, Magnolia or Ginger.
Pinehurst Signature Massage
A unique and highly personalized massage in which the massage therapist uses a variety of strokes and techniques that are customized to the guest's needs. Light to medium pressure is applied.
Deep Tissue Massage
This full body massage is designed to reach the deeper tissue structures of the body. Excellent for those who prefer direct deep pressure to relieve stress. Deep Tissue Massage is recommended only for those who receive massage on a regular basis.
Hot Stone Massage
Utilizing stones combined with the art of massage and choice of essential oil blends, this massage promotes deep relaxation, while relieving tense muscles.
Golfer's Massage
Targeting muscles specific to golfers, this massage eases tension and increases flexibility using a combination of stretching and light-to-medium sports massage pressure.
Maternity Massage
Designed especially for the expecting Mom utilizing a special pregnancy pillow for support and care during your massage. Massage can be provided after your first trimester.
Hot Stone Reflexology
Incorporates the use of heated basalt stones that penetrate deep into the muscles to stimulate reflex points in the feet that correspond with all parts of the body.
Reflexology
A hand massage is performed while linens steeped in our signature Pine Blend envelop the feet. Next, a massage stimulates reflex points on the feet, providing a soothing, yet energizing experience.
Foot Refresher
Perfect for those short on time or during your quick lunch break, as change of clothes is not required. Therapist can take you directly to a therapy room for thirty minutes of therapy on the most neglected part of your body, your feet!
Champion's Massage
After a round of golf, all champions feel the same pressure in their shoulders and feet, and nothing soothes better than the power of hot stones. For those feeling below par, this therapy provides a full body massage using light-to-medium pressure, hot stones used on the back and feet and a complete foot scrub. You will feel like your caddie carried you too!
Aroma-Massage
Using pure, botanical essential oils, this massage combines the sense of smell with the healing power of touch. Your therapist will review the benefits of aromatherapy, and provide you a choice of essential oil blends to promote balance, harmony, energy, calm, or clarity. This tension-melting massage includes a warm oil scalp therapy and light touch massage to stimulate the central nervous system.
Couple's Signature Massage
A decadent, side-by-side massage for two in the privacy and seclusion of your own suite. Perfect for romantic getaways, or to escape from reality. Includes private relaxation lounge and exlixir.
