Use of our fitness center, located in The Spa at Pinehurst, is free to guests. We also offer a variety of personal fitness sessions that can be arranged through spa reservations.
Perfect just prior to your round of golf. A certified degreed personal trainer will teach you a variety of stretches that will help you get loose prior to playing golf.
Personal Training Session
Tailored to each guest's needs. Can focus on strength, flexibility, fat loss, endurance, relaxation or other specific training goals.
Yoga or Pilates
A private lesson for beginners to advanced students. Services are conducted on the private side lawn of the Spa under the whispering pines (weather permitting) or in a private room.
Body Fat Analysis
(added to any of the exercise services) Designed to determine your current body fat percentage, lean body mass and ideal body weight.
Golf Conditioning Workout
Covering the basics of fundamental golf exercies, this workout improves flexibility, core strength and endurance. A personalized exercise prescription is also provided.
