Entry Process
All entries, including returned invitations, must be received by the entry deadline of 5:00p.m. EDT on Friday, May 9, 2008.  For those applying for entry into the Championship, the appropriate application must be completely executed and submitted by mail prior to the deadline.  Submitted applications must be accompanied by entry fee. 

Invitation Criteria
A limited number of invitations will be sent to those that qualify.  The criteria used for developing this list can been reviewed HERE.

Championship Registration
Contestants invited to participate must register on Monday, June 16, from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Championship Registration Desk in the Main Clubhouse.  All contestants must register in person.  No registration will be accepted by phone.

Practice Rounds and Range Usage
The official practice round will be on Monday, June 16. For practice round starting times, please contact the Pinehurst Starting Tower at 1-800-795-4653, option 6 on or after Wednesday, June 11 after 10:00 a.m.  Indicate you are a North & South contestant.  Contestants may make one time on Pinehurst No. 2, No. 5, or No. 8 at this time.  Practice rounds are for contestants only.  A limited number of additional practice round times will be available on each course, late afternoon, on Sunday, June 15.  Advance starting times will not be accepted for this additional practice.  Times will be available on a first come first, first serve basis. 

Contestant Dinner
There will be a North & South contestant dinner on Tuesday, June 17 in the Pinehurst Member's Club beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Gentlemen are required to wear coats, ladies are required to wear appropriate dress attire.  Guest tickets may be purchased at the Championship Registration desk for $35.00 on Monday, June 16.  Please do not send money for guest tickets in advance.

Club Storage
Please attach the North & South bag tag to your bag for identification purposes. Club storage is complimentary.
