The Deuce welcomes bourbon ambassador Jason Bradley back for the second edition of our popular Evolution of Bourbon tasting series. Each of the specialty bourbons will be tasted alone and with a small drink sample alongside deliciously creative “sliders.”

  • Pinecone Burger
    Ground Wagyu Short Ribs, smoked over foraged pinecones, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, special sauce on a sesame seed bun
  • Chuck Eye Pot Pie
    Braised chuck eye, “the bakehouse” dough, pearl onions, local carrots, potato and a split pea sauce
  • Fruit Stolen & Coffee Cheese Cake
    House made fruit stolen, candied orange peel, coffee cheese cake, vanilla crème anglaise
