The Arts Council of Moore County is excited to present the re-scheduled Heart ‘n Soul of Jazz featuring Colleen McHugh, a singer, writer, actor and comic. She has appeared on The Colbert Report and performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. Colleen will be joined on stage by six of New York City’s best musicians.
