The Carolina Dining Room will offer an overflowing brunch buffet on Thanksgiving Day.
Classic fare like butter-basted Tom turkey breast, giblet gravy, savory cornbread dressing, garlic and herb whipped Yukon potato puree and a melange of fall vegetables is on the menu.
The buffet also will feature a variety of soups and salads, an iced seafood display, artisan cheeses and a carving block with turkey leg confit, prime rib and cedar plank roasted salmon. Breakfast lovers can enjoy made-to-order omelets, buttermilk pancakes, brioche French toast and vanilla Belgian waffles.
Be sure to leave room for dessert. We’ll have more than a dozen options including pumpkin pecan cobbler, orange-cranberry bread pudding, triple chocolate torte, caramel apply mousse cake and seasonal cookies.
