Chinese Chicken Salad
1 cup Radicchio
4 oz. Green leaf lettuce, cup into thin strips
2 oz. Napa Cabbage, cup into thin strips
3 oz. Asian vinaigrette
3 oz. Grilled chicken
½ oz. Green onion, sliced thinly
½ oz. Bean sprouts
½ oz. Macadamia nuts, crushed
½ oz. Mandarin orange segments
½ oz. Wontons, cut into long, thin slices and fried
Serve with sesame dressing.
