If you haven’t been to the Ryder Cup Lounge lately, you’re missing out.
The menu has been revamped to include some refreshing new salads and tasty handhelds. There’s also a delectable new dessert and seasonal cocktail, but if you’re craving the Mile-High Key Lime Pie or a Carolina Tea both are still available.
Here’s a look at the new menu items:
Candied pecans, chervil, cranberries, blueberries, poached pears & berry emulsion.
Green Tea Smoked Soy Chicken Salad
Napa cabbage, iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, snap pea, carrot, bean sprouts, toasted almonds, & sweet soy vinaigrette.
Spinach and baby green blend, spiced pecans, crumbled ricotta salata, strawberry vinaigrette.
Roasted mushroom, red onions, avocado, Gouda & roasted red pepper pesto, ciabatta bread. Served with French fries.
Spicy fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits, bread & butter pickles, southern slaw, green tomato jam, tobacco onions. Served with potato salad.
Caramel Toffee Bread Pudding
Brioche & croissant bread pudding drizzled with caramel & toffee pieces, hot buttered rum sauce.
Pomegranate Orange Crush
Tito’s Vodka, Pama pomegranate flavored liqueur, fresh orange juice and fresh pomegranate seeds.
