The rigors of Q-School can manifest at the worst possible time.

As the final stage of the Web.com Tour Q School is played this weekend, the PGA Tour Twitter account looked back on Poor Joe Daley, who suffered the worst lip-out in golf history at Q School in 2000.
As Luke Kerr-Dineen at USA Today covered here, the brutal lip-out here was likely the result of the cup liner somehow becoming misaligned.
Worse, the putt Daley was trying to make was for double-bogey.
But worst of all, two days later Daley missed earning his PGA Tour card by…yup, one stroke.
Play well, this weekend, y’all.
