About Pinehurst Resort
Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, established in 1895, currently employs over 1,300 people. The 2,000-acre property features three historic hotels, nine championship golf courses, the Cradle short course and Thistle Dhu putting course, and more than 80,000 square feet of meeting space. The resort also includes an award-winning spa, restaurants and bars, tennis and lawn sports facility, pool facilities, a 200-acre lake and much more. Widely known as the cradle of American golf, Pinehurst has hosted more single golf championships than any other site in America. In 2024, it will again serve as the site for the U.S. Open.

Some positions are eligible for a $500.00 Sign-On Bonus and 90 Day Increases*
Full-time means the job is anticipated to continue more than 26 weeks and averages 30 or more hours per week. Full-time employees are eligible for amenity privileges, health benefits, vacation, paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, educational assistance, bereavement, 401(k) and holiday pay.
Part-time means the job is anticipated to continue more than 26 weeks and averages less than 30 hours per week. Part-time employees are eligible for amenity privileges, health benefits, vacation, Employee Assistance Program, bereavement, 401(k) and holiday pay.
Seasonal or temporary employment means that a job is anticipated to last less than 26 weeks (or on a Seasonal basis). Seasonal employment can be either full-time (average 30 or more hours per week) or part-time (average less than 30 hours per week) during the Seasonal period of employment. Eligible for employee assistance program and limited amenity privileges.
