Can I make a tee time at Pinehurst Resort without staying overnight?
Pinehurst reserves advance tee times for members and resort guests. If you wish to play one of our courses and are not a resort guest, you may call Social Sales at (855) 835-0771, opt 5, beginning five days out from date of play, for all courses except for course No. 2, No. 4 and The Cradle. For these three courses, please call the main golf shop for tee times and rates beginning 24 hours in advance of your play date at (910) 235-8141.
What is the cancellation policy for the resort?
A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. Should you cancel outside of 21 days prior to your stay, we will refund your deposit. Should you cancel your dates fewer than 21 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
How do I apply for a job at Pinehurst?

What airports are most convenient to Pinehurst?
The majority of our guests from outside the drive market fly into Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), which is about 75 minutes from Pinehurst. You may also arrive via Charlotte Douglas International (CLT), which is 120 minutes away, Piedmont Triad international (GSO), which is 75 minutes away, or Fayetteville Regional (FAY), which is 60 minutes away.

Guests arriving by private aircraft may fly into Moore Regional (SOP) located 10 minutes away.
What type of rental clubs do you offer?
You may rent a set of the latest Titleist clubs for $80 per day. During the summer, if you are on the Family Fairways package, rental clubs for adults and children are free of charge. Call the main golf shop for information at (910) 235-8141.
Should I take a cart or caddie?
We believe that caddies and forecaddies have the greatest impact on the golf experience. They help you with shot selection, read greens, provide local knowledge and lore, rake bunkers, clean golf balls, and generally make sure your Pinehurst golf experience is one you won’t forget. We highly encourage guests to utilize a caddie on Pinehurst No. 2 and No. 4. Many golfers enjoy forecaddies on other Pinehurst courses, allowing them to ride in a cart still enjoying the normal caddie services.
Caddie fees are paid upon registration at the golf shop. Rates are as follows:
Single Premium Caddie: $90
Double Bag Caddie: $65 per player
Forecaddie: $30 per player
(We recommend a $30 gratuity per bag for walking caddies and $20 per bag for forecaddies.)
Please keep in mind that carts are restricted to paths on course No. 2 and No. 4. Carts are allowed to ride the fairways of all other courses.
Pull Cars are available on a trial basis for course No. 4 only. No reservations required.
What attire is appropriate for Pinehurst courses and hotels?
We suggest resort casual attire while on property. Jackets are not required for dinner. Denim is not acceptable attire on the golf course.

How do I purchase a Pinehurst gift card?
Gift cards in any dollar amount may be purchased online at www.ShopPinehurst.com, or at any resort retail outlet as well as The Spa.
Does Pinehurst allow pets?
Pinehurst is a pet free facility. Please let us know if you need help arranging local boarding for your pets by contacting the Resort Services desk at (910) 235-8415.
Does Pinehurst offer any specials for kids? Children 17 and under stay and play golf free when staying/playing with a paying adult, with the exception of Pinehurst No. 2. Children 12 and under eat free as well when sharing a room with a parent. We offer a kids club with an array of activities for children of all ages during the summer.
Does Pinehurst donate items to charity golf tournaments? As you might imagine, we receive thousands of requests each year for charitable donations requiring us to focus our efforts on the causes for which we can have the greatest benefit. Our priorities today include public education programs in the state of North Carolina, and initiatives that benefit our employee partners and our surrounding community. Each request we receive is evaluated in terms of how it can help us achieve our objectives in these key areas.

How can I find out when you will aerify the greens on your courses?
Our aerfication schedule varies throughout the year and is subject to change. Please ask your sales agent when you book for the latest schedule.
Does Pinehurst offer any discounts to military?
Pinehurst offers a number of discounts for members of our armed services. Active and retired military receive a 10% discount on our core packages and The Spa at Pinehurst offers a 10% discount off spa therapies. You must present a valid military ID in order to receive this discount.
