You have the option as a Resort Member or visitor to enter your full name and email address into our ListServe database.

You may submit online requests, such as information regarding Membership, Golf or Tennis outings, hosting a private/special event or making a dining reservation. You may be asked to provide your name, member number, email address, telephone numbers and/or street address.

How We Use the Information

This information is used by the Resort to verify that you are, in fact, a Resort Guest and that you are permitted to receive Resort related email (news, events, etc). We do not provide third parties with this information and is used only to provide you with this ongoing email communication.

Visitors who choose to enter personal information are hereby agreeing to receive company-related email (news, events, etc.) that we may send out from time to time.

We may use this information to communicate with you, such as to notify you of an event quote, a tee time, a dining reservation confirmation, or to fulfill another such request by you.

Accordingly, we reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time, by posting the revised policy on this Web site. Information will be handled according to the privacy statement in effect at the time the information is used. Your continued use of this Resort site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Special Notification for California Residents

Individual customers or members who reside in California and have provided their personal information to Pinehurst LLC or one of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates may request information about our disclosures or certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the addresses specified in this paragraph.
