Pinehurst’s Thanksgiving Feast to Go

Leave all the cooking to us this Thanksgiving. Our culinary team has put together a magnificent feast that will allow you to spend more time with the people you love this holiday season. Serving up to 10 people, this delectable meal is $300 and can be picked up from The Carolina Hotel on Thursday, November 26, from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. All orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov 20. THE MENU

First Course

  • Mixed Lettuces, Baby Spinach and Shaved Fennel, Tomatoes, Shaved Carrots, Cucumber, Croutons, Smoked Cheddar, Candied Pecans and Dry Cranberries. House Dressings: Buttermilk Ranch and Peach-Pecan Vinaigrette
  • Farmstead Platter: Aged Cheddar, Brie and Hickory Grove Cheeses, Chef’s Gourmet Country Pâté, Sopressata, Pickles, Crostini and Crackers    
  • Fresh dinner Rolls and Cornbread Muffins

Main Course

  • Herb and Butter Roasted Tom Turkey – 12 to 14 lbs.
  • Kettle Gravy and Signature Cranberry-Orange Relish
