Golfer’s Stretch Program
Stretching increases flexibility to improve overall fitness, muscular strength and endurance. It also relieves stress. Stretching throughout the day, or even during a round of golf, can help players relax, swing more freely and help focus. By following a golf stretching program participants will not only increase power and reduce the risk of injury, they will maintain a more consistent swing pattern, leading to better scores.
Relaxing Chair Massage
Who doesn’t want to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension and pain and instead increase focus, energy and mental clarity? A chair massage is typically short (15 mins.) and focuses on the back, shoulders, neck and arms. Even a brief chair massage has been shown to significantly improve employee problem-solving abilities. Massage also improves creative thinking and relieves fatigue. It’s better than a cup of coffee!
Traditional Yoga
Yoga is an excellent addition to a corporate retreat. Participants will benefit from the physical and mental benefits of yoga, and come together as a team. Participating in a yoga class gives a team a distinct challenge they experience together, and while everyone is participating in the same poses, each individual’s experience is unique.
Pilates
Imagine an exercise that engages and leaves participants refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well-being. Our Pilates sessions are the perfect way for meeting attendees to experience improved flexibility and strength. Instructors show participants how to create a streamlined body and improve their coordination and body awareness with movements that combat stress, tension and incorrect postural imbalances. They’ll feel refreshed, renewed and full of energy, ready to tackle the remainder of the day.
