Rooted in Tradition, Defined by Value

Membership is available to qualified real property owners within a 60-mile radius of the Club and is extended through sponsorship by a current Member.

Transferable Charter memberships are non-equity memberships tied exclusively to select properties within the incorporated limits of Pinehurst. When a membership transfers, the incoming member candidate receives a 50% adjustment to the prevailing initiation fee, creating a meaningful and enduring advantage inherent in the property.

Purchasing a property with a transferable membership is not required to become a Member of the Club. Those purchasing property within Pinehurst without an active transferable membership, as well as those who own property elsewhere within the eligible 60-mile radius, may pursue a non-transferable membership at the full prevailing initiation fee.

Membership is extended to member candidates who demonstrate strong character, financial standing, and a genuine interest in contributing to the Club experience. Each candidate completes a formal application and is thoughtfully considered to ensure alignment with the values and culture of the Club.
